YA REVIEW: Owen Foster topples from his plinth of privilege, tumbling out of private school and into public high school to finish his senior year. He lands in the Preacher Woods, where he works hard and learns from Gus, a man who is eerily familiar. Owen's descent is fast, hard and he learns quickly that parents are not always who we think they are, that they had lives long before their children were born, and perhaps no one ever really "knows" their parents at all. An excellent mystery with a dash of romance that'll make you think.
