I love that my local public library offers my teen volunteer a chance to interview one of these amazing YA authors at the Tucson Festival of Books!

She asked to interview Andrea Warren, a teen history author whose works I've taught in 8th grade (I'll post a teaching unit using one of her books when we get closer to the Festival), and Lisa McMann, author of the Unwanteds series, which she's read and enjoyed.

I'll post later when she finds out which author she's interviewing!

Last year (2018) she interviewed author Daniel Jose Older about his Shadow series.
