Get the email address at the website. 

You can submit either a question for a pro, or your submission package, and the instructions say to attach your query, synopsis, and first 5 pages to your email.

You can ask a question of a specific mentor, as well.

WTMP is also making available Voices of Color entries, which are questions and submission packages from authors of color who only want their inquiry or materials to be viewed by another author of color.
