In January, this wonderful, FREE writing workshop switched from monthly, which had been kinda spotty to catch when the drawings opened, to quarterly. I missed the change and didn't announce it, so I wanted to highlight this next one opening up March 29, 2022.
I've done this writing workshop twice. It offers a wonderful, FREE focus on polishing your opening pages, 1,250 words, query letter, and the chance to win an invitation to query an agent at the end.
You do have to wait a year between submissions.
Selection for First Five Pages is a random drawing. Five lucky folks are picked randomly and you do have a chance at getting in!
This is a great opportunity to get some pro eyes on your opening pages! Who can't use another set of eyes on their opening pages?
They've got some really top-notch mentors who can potentially work with your pages, so it's a great opportunity.

* Tuesday, March 29: Enter the raffle from 12 am-11:59 pm ET using the KingSumo form.
* Wednesday, March 30: If you are one of the five names randomly selected, the Workshop Coordinator will contact you via email with instructions to submit the first five pages of your manuscript.
* Friday, April 1: If the submissions meet the workshop requirements, participants will be emailed further instructions on how to post submissions to the workshop site.
* Sunday, April 3: Submissions are posted to the workshop site, and the workshop begins.
