So my second revision is posted! It's amazing how much I pared away so the first chapter is down to less than 1,000 words.
The body of a 200-word query is included in this posting. It also is as bare-bones as I could get it. I'm very interested to get feedback on that!
In any case, I've got some great tools to use to cut the MS down to the 77K range, which is where I'd prefer it sit before I query it again.
I can't thank the 1st 5 Pages Writing Workshop mentors enough for all their feedback!
